• Test preparation courses— IELTS, PTE, SAT, TOEFL, and other standardised test preparation classes, mock tests, and test bookings
• Visa services— tourist visa processing, student visa guidance, and post-offer support
• Writing services— professional preparation of CVs, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), essays, cover letters, and travel itineraries
• Course matching— personalised university course recommendations based on your academic profile and preferences
• AI Counsellor— an AI-powered assistant to help answer questions about studying abroad and our services

When you create ther account in our application, you will be responseible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and in your profile
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

You agree that all academic documents, transcripts, test scores, and other information you submit through our platform are genuine and accurate. Submitting fraudulent or falsified documents is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate termination of your account
• Cancellation of any pending applications
• Reporting to relevant authorities or institutions
• Forfeiture of any fees paid

Fees for our services are communicated at the time of booking or enrolment. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to the following:

• All fees are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed before the service is delivered, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon in writing
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and is subject to our refund policy, which will be communicated at the time of purchase
• University application fees, visa application fees, and third-party charges paid on your behalf are non-refundable

Our AI Counsellor is provided as a supplementary informational tool. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated responses are for general guidance only and do not constitute professional advice
• Information provided by the AI Counsellor may not always be current or fully accurate
• You should verify any important information with our human counsellors before making decisions
• Linking Dreams Nepal is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI Counsellor responses

Our course matching service provides personalised university and course recommendations based on the information you provide during onboarding (preferred country, study level, academic background, language proficiency, and budget). These recommendations are:

• Based on the data available to us and may not cover all possible options
• Subject to change as universities update their programmes, requirements, and availability
• Not a guarantee of admission or acceptance at any institution

Our counsellors provide professional guidance based on their expertise and the information you share. While we strive for accuracy, please note:

• Admission decisions are made by universities, not by Linking Dreams Nepal
• Visa decisions are made by embassies and immigration authorities, and we cannot guarantee visa approval
• Processing times and requirements are subject to change by the respective authorities
• You are responsible for meeting all deadlines communicated to you

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Linking Dreams Nepal or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or materials for commercial purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our website

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff

• Any pending applications or services may be cancelled without refund
